How to create variable set (question set) from catalog builder?

Hi  @Aswin S ,

At this time, it is not possible to directly create a Variable Set from Catalog Builder. This is a current platform limitation.

Catalog Builder is designed to create and manage item‑specific variables within a single catalog item. In contrast, Variable Sets are reusable components and must be created outside of Catalog Builder using the standard Service Catalog configuration.

Additionally, questions may not be visible or editable in Catalog Builder under the following conditions:

1. The item contains more than two levels of containers.
2. The item includes a two‑column question set or a two‑column container nested within another container.
