How to Downlaod large count of records in a single file

In servicenow I have created a custom table. User insterted more than 10 lakh line items. Now I want to download all the records in one file. How can I do that.

Short-term solution:

Change the export/import property limit and then download the data. However, this activity should be performed during off-peak hours to minimize any potential impact on other users and system performance.
