How to edit and delete messages from interactions in virtual agent chat

I want to provide the ability to edit and delete messages sent on interactions between attendants and users inside virtual agent (chatbot). Is there a way to implement this behavior on Servicenow?

Hi @GabrielFerS,

 

Do I understand it correctly: Somebody types a message in VA and sends it and then wants to edit what was already sent?

Because this is not possible to do and not even recommended. What would be the justification for this?
