how to find out deleted records?

In the All Navigator, search for Deleted Records Module, or try to open the table named as sys_audit_delete

In this table you can find all the deleted records if you enable the audit for your table.

System Definition → Deleted Records

It shows deleted records, including what was deleted, when, and by whom.

For older deletions, check your instance’s deleted record retention settings.
