How to find UI page for HR workspace management

I have requirement where I need to make changes in below message 'Move attachment to employee documents' , it open when we click on Add to attachment button(renamed name previously it was Move attachment)

did you check the UI action "Add to attachments"?

It could be a declarative action as well
