Hi @Ashwini8 : Please check below steps and see if this helps:
1) Use the Container Split variable in a ServiceNow Catalog Item to make a two-column layout and reduce scrolling
2) Add a Container Start variable, then the variables for the left column, then the Container Split variable, followed by the variables for the right column, and finish with a Container End variable

Hi @Ashwini8 !!
In ServiceNow, Split in a catalog item is used to display variables in two columns by using container variables.
How to use Split in a Catalog Item:
Add a variable of type Container Start
Set Layout = Split
Add the variables that should appear in the left column
Add a variable of type Split Container
This switches the layout to the right column
Add the variables that should appear in the right column
Add a variable of type Container End
This ends the split layout
Example:
Variable order:
Container Start (Layout: Split)
First Name
Last Name
Split Container
Email
Phone Number
Container EndResult on the catalog form:
| First Name | |
| Last Name | Phone Number |
