How do I query User Actions within Incidents? And is this even possible? Is there an action register table?
I'm new to SN, have many years experience using other platforms (assyst/remedy), and I was always able to query user actions (ex: How many times any given user entered details in the work logs).
Specifically, in this case, I want to query how many actions (in the work log) were taken by a specific SN user.
Example: Incident #1 would have been actioned 3 times by user #1, and 5 times by user # 2.
