How to show popup following a link for different page on service portal

Hello Team,

I have got one requirement on Item - Application access request, we have a column where we select application, when I select a particular application it should show a popup and this popup contains a link which will redirect it to a different page whenever someone clicks on this link.

How we can achieve this requirement in service now or what is the best practice to fulfil this requirement ?

Hi @Priya Singh 2 2 ,

Instead you can create a variable with type URL and add the link in the URL Default value and Display it using an On-change client script when the application selected is the Particular application.

Something like this,

And, when you click the link it moves to a new tab.
