Hi @aparnap7373

You’ll need to move all your workflows to Flow Designer. Post-Zurich release, ServiceNow is going to hide the Workflow in the instance and recommend users to use Flow Designer instead.

Hi @aparnap7373 ,

I guess existing Workflows will be there (Legacy) but we will not be able to create fresh Workflows.

@aparnap7373

you can still continue using older Workflows and can create new ones.

but if you get a fresh Zurich instance then you won't have the legacy workflows

But ServiceNow recommends moving to Flow starting Zurich.

good explanation here

ServiceNow Will Not Ship OOB Legacy Workflows Starting in Zurich
