I have catalog item and 6 levels of approvals get generated

I have catalog item and 6 levels of approvals get generated throughout its life cycle and when any approval is rejected, I observed duplicate emails for rejection are going on RITM (email: Task Approval rejected) where as only 1 notification exist and triggers when record updated and approval is rejected ...can someone help why duplicate emails are getting triggered

what debugging did you do?
how is the rejection email configured to send?

I am able to fix the issue, currently condition is written like Approval is Rejected but I have changed this from Approval changes to Rejected then problem got solved... as upon it is rejected multiple RITM fields gets updated and same notification is triggered multiple time.
