There are some discrepancies in your question. Do you want to pursue a free certification or training?

Currently, all on-demand training is freely available on Now Learning, and you can access it anytime. However, for certification, you need to pay. You can choose your learning journey accordingly.

If you are employed by a ServiceNow partner company, the training will be provided at no cost (as your company has an existing agreement with ServiceNow). If you are not with a partner company, the training fee is USD 500, plus applicable taxes.

2. Voucher: Upon completing the training, you will receive an email to claim a voucher, and the same conditions apply. The voucher is priced at USD 300, plus taxes.

In total, if you're not employed by a partner company, the cost will be USD 800, plus taxes.

TO BE CLEAR: 

Currently, irrespective of whether you are working with a partner company or as an individual, all on-demand courses are free. However, if you work for a partner company, you may get the voucher for free. As an individual, you will need to pay for the voucher.
