Impersonation Issue

On sbox1 user is able to impersonate other user, but in sbox9 the same user having same roles as in sbox1 is not able to impersonate users.
Checked every possible thing, regarding roles, Also the user is having admin access.
Can someone please guide what could cause this issue as I could find no difference in both instances

Hi @SanikaK
1)Navigate to System Properties > All Properties and search for
glide.sys.permissive.impersonate
If it exists and is set to false, only users with admin can impersonate.
Toggle this to false in sbox9 so that non-admins with the impersonator role can impersonate
Refer: Restrict Impersonation to Admin
2)Open the sys_user record of the specific user you are trying to impersonate in sbox9.
Verify that the User ID (user_name) is populated and is not blank. Ensure the Active box is true and Locked out is false
