GRAY circle: Can you put that as read only (cannot unpin for users)RED circle: Can you rty to remove it?BLUE cicrle, it is possible to change it just like the image below?

No, mate, not directly or easily possible. This is kind of an interception that comes from the change success plug-in, which is OOTB. It’s better to avoid any technical debt and use the system as it is.
