Hello ServiceNow Team,
My Personal Developer Instance (dev205499) has been showing Offline for the past 1–2 days.
When I try to access my instance, I receive a 502 Bad Gateway error.
I have already tried:
1. Refreshing the instance multiple times.
2. Waiting more than 5 minutes.
3. Checking the instance history.
Unfortunately, the instance is still Offline.
I have important project work and configurations saved in this instance. I do not have a backup, and I do not want to release or reset the instance because I may lose my existing work.
Could you please help me recover my existing instance and restore access without losing my data?
Instance ID: dev205499
Release: Australia
Status: Offline
Error: 502 Bad Gateway
Please let me know if there is any way to recover my existing instance.
Thank you for your support.

Hi @pranaygadig
PDI Maintenance and Availability
Some PDIs may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
If your PDI is currently offline, you can:
-
Wait for maintenance to complete and your instance to become available again.
-
Release your current instance and request a new one. Please note that releasing your instance will permanently delete all data and work stored on it.
As a reminder, PDIs are unsupported development resources and do not have an availability, support, or uptime SLA. We strongly recommend regularly backing up any work you don’t want to lose.

The Community can't help you here. In fact, nobody can. It is what it is. PDIs are unsupported. Always back up any config and data you can't afford to lose. A PDI can go down at any given point in time. That's how dependable they are. Especially lately.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
