In dev its showing shopping cart and top request but in prod its not showing

firstly, when you share screenshots it's always good idea to anonymise the client's name (capture it without the logo or paint it in some editor).

And regarding your issue, this way of testing portal behaviour is not the best, rather go to /sp, /esc or whatever portal you use to see it better. I remember this interface as you are sharing not always work good with Catalog UI Policies and other configurations, while on the actual portal it was all good...

My understanding is that if you raise a few catalog requests from here and check whether they are getting populated in the widget or not, it might be the same case. Try raising a few requests from here and then see what happens.

check this widget in Dev active or not
