I dealing with a situation when a number of a task is appearing/returning in my screen several times. Why is that happening and how can I solve it?

A task record appears repeatedly when I enter the ticket number in the portal's search field. However, next to each field, another group of numbers appears, for example: TASK0001111 - 0000111165

is that entered ticket number linked in some or the other way with the other tickets? such as child records or some field on those task is storing the searched ticket number
