Incident - Notification in the platform

Hi everyone

 

I dealing with a situation when a number of a task is appearing/returning in my screen several times. Why is that happening and how can I solve it?

Yes, that´s the scenario but it's not asking for clarification. It's just the number as I mentioned before (TASK0001111 - 0000111165) appearing repeatedly.

Hi @renatasanto 

Go to the native view, search for this task, and try to close it. Alternatively, it might be appearing in your "To Do" menu as overdue.
