Integrate with StruxureWare

Hi Community,

I'm trying to integrate ServiceNow with StruxureWare using the EcoStruxure IT Data Center Expert REST API. The problem I am having is that I can obtain a valid token but when using that token to query other devices endpoint to retrieve data, i keep getting "Access Denied" error.

Were you able to solve the error?
If yes, can you let me know the detailed steps for this integration?
I have the requirement to implement this integration and I am checking for some documentation. I found one but it has only endpoint details.
