Intelligent Record Handling & Communication
Description: Enhance record handling through automation, alerts, and notifications.
Acceptance Criteria:
On incident/problem/change state change, show an alert with a count of records having the same Short Description in the respective table.
Every Monday, assign unassigned incidents to a specific user and notify that user.
When an incident is created, a problem is auto-created with the same:
Category, Impact, Urgency, Priority, Assigned To, and Short Description → mapped to Problem Statement.
