Advanced Workflow and Custom Action Integration
Description: Integrate flow designer, catalog scripting, and task creation after core record creation.
Acceptance Criteria:
Implement a Flow Designer to handle the above automation and notification logic.
Code should allow submission of a ServiceNow catalog request programmatically.
After creation of an incident/problem/change:
A related task is created.
A comment is added to the Work Notes with a message like: "Task created for further action."
A button on the incident form should:
Update priority to P1.
Do not save the record after the change.
