Hi everyone,
I’m currently going through some learning modules on the Now Learning platform, and I'm facing an issue while trying to launch the hands-on lab environment.
Whenever I try to start the lab, I see this message on the screen:
“We are waking 'nowlearning-nlinst02802810-4k1ep-0001.lab.service-now.com'”
It just stays stuck there and doesn’t proceed any further. I’ve tried refreshing the page and using a different browser, but the issue still persists.
Has anyone else faced this problem?
Any suggestions or fixes would be really helpful. I'm eager to complete the module and continue learning.
Thanks in advance!
Rohit

Hi @RohitPapann
Generally, it takes about 20-30 minutes. If it takes longer, it's better to release the instance and take a new one. However, if you switch to a new instance, your previous work will not be available in the new one. So, it's best to either wait or log in now to continue with the learning case.
