There was an issue with breadcrumb, the highligted(with red) is only seeing by few users.. reamaining users are seeing " ' " instead full name as below.. how I need to figure out this issue?

This issue may be due to some visible conditions. You can check in "My Request Filters" there you will see one record which is referring to incident table, check if any visible condition applied or not.
