There was an issue with breadcrumb, the highligted(with red) is only seeing by few users.. reamaining users are seeing " ' " instead full name as below.. how I need to figure out this issue?

I see that this " ' " was coming from this title value... but here my question is.. my dynamic page title is not working... user has access to see the case number also.. I tested both in front end and backend... can you please suggest any other thing?

Hi,
This issue may be due to some visible conditions. You can check in "My Request Filters" there you will see one record which is referring to incident table, check if any visible condition applied or not.
