I was trying to create two record producers. I created the first one using the Catalog Builder — I added the variables and required details, then clicked Submit. But now, the item is showing as under review, and I can’t edit, approve, or publish it, even though I have the admin role.
For the second one, I started creating it in the Classic View and later edited it in the Catalog Builder. It’s in a published state, but the changes I made (auto-population of the email) are not reflecting in the portal. However, when I click Preview in the Catalog Builder, the changes appear correctly.
Could you please help me to solve this?
