ITIL Foundation V5 Exam

Hi.
I have something to ask you if you do not mind.
I am trying to take ITIL Foundation v5 exam on 8 Aug this year.
However, I am not sure how to prepare for it properly since the general concept from Peoplecert Syllabus is a bit broad and tricky to grasp the concept to do well on the exam.
If someone has had experience with ITIL Foundation v5 exam prepartion, could you share it?
Thanks a lot.

Best Regards,
Chihyong

Hi @jihyungkim

I am ITIL foundation certified and also participated in ITIL beta exam as well.

To share my real experience, ITIL v5 foundation is not tough, it's based on the terms given in book. As a trainer and as attended the training as well, ITIL exam come from book only. The question will be straight forward but as ITIL v5 has AI included so make sure the term and fundamental are clear completely. So go thoriugh the book / material once again and you all set for exam

Good luck.
