Major Incidents not auto closed after 5 days

Hi All,

Please suggest below issue for major incidents not auto closed after 5 days in resolve state.

and tried to close to manually set state resolve to close but it's showing error message " not allowed" in the incident list view.

Please suggest how to resolve this issue.

Could you please validate any current.abort action exists in Before business rules

Thanks for response , i can't find any before Business rule in "incident autoclose" but there was OOB after business rule is there for closing the incidents after resolve state.

Can you try to close using background script a particular incident is the system allowing to close using background script

ok, but is there any possibility to auto close if incident in major incident state is resolved, please suggest.
