how can i stop the form submission on workspace when assigned to is empty.

Hi,

If the field is mandatory(in your screenshot it looks mandatory) then you should not be able to submit the form without populating it. 

Is this not happening?

is that screenshot from a playbook "User form" activity?

Share some more details.

If it's playbook "User form" activity then I could see it's already mandatory.

Is it allowing user to save without filling the field?
