Is there any reason to break the functionality? The validation has been added for a purpose, and if you're bypassing it, you might as well remove the validation.

is that screenshot from a playbook "User form" activity?

Share some more details.

If it's playbook "User form" activity then I could see it's already mandatory.

Are you sure in this case? Because without filling in the mandatory field, a record can't be saved. If you reload, it will show the previous state only.
