new PDI problem

hello everyone I just created a new PDI and when I click on start building I see The page you are looking for could not be found.

is it normal? or an ERROR?

Hi @MuneebA ,

just remove everything after your instance it will take you to home page. If you need app builder then you need to reset the instance if not then enjoy using .

This is because that page doesn't exist. Home page URL will look like "https://dev12345.service-now.com/".
