No SUBMIT/SAVE button for submitting Delegate option in ESC

Hi, I have added Delegate section under My profile by downloading the Granular Delegation plugin but there's not button to submit/save it. 

Can anyone suggest or help.

This is a known challenge when integrating Granular Delegation functionalities into the ESC interface. The standard Add Delegate button, as outlined in ServiceNow documentation, isn't natively available in the ESC profile view....

To resolve this, you can manually add the Add Delegate button to the Employee Center profile page. This involves configuring the page layout to include the necessary widget that facilitates delegate creation......

Additionally, ensure that the Granular Delegation plugin is activated in your instance. Without this plugin, the delegation features won't function as expected.

If you're still encountering issues after these steps, it might be beneficial to review the widget configurations and permissions associated with the Granular Delegation features. Sometimes, customizations or role based access controls can impact the visibility and functionality of certain elements....

There are two things to consider:

1. The first is the Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Delegation functionality.

2. The second is Granular Delegation, which you mentioned earlier. These are two different things. The first one comes OOTB, while the second requires a plugin to be enabled.

Also, users need to fill in the dates — only then will the Submit button become active.

Lastly, there’s no need to add the Delegation section to the ESC profile. It's better to use it only as a Record Producer.
