Not able to configure list layout in related links

Hello all,
I met following issue that I'm not able to configure layout in SLA/SLO I'm able to update personalized list but not config at all...
When ever I try I received following
Even when i choose any of this and move SLA definitions to Selected
I don't see it there
I know that I could do it via personalized list. But customer want to have this on first place as default

how do you verify the results?
Perhaps you have your preferences updated before the list layout reordering.
Please check this and eventually reset it to default to see it oooor create a dummy user with access to that list and impersonate to see their view:

Yeah if I reset to default SLA definition appear on a first place. But what I'm trying to do is to have SLA definitions on a first place for all ITIL users...

In that case navigate to that list, click right mouse button anywhere in the column labels and click Configure > List Layout and change the order as per your requirement this will be applied to all the users that don't have the personalisation applied... but after reset it would be taken this order
