Notification - cc recipients not showing in activity log

Hi All, I have a notification where some users are added in cc, but those recipients are not showing in activity log of the record. Activity log just displays the 'to' recipients. Is there a way to show cc also in activity log???

Hello @Elizabath1
No, there is no OOB way to include CC in the activity logs. But there are custom ways like "Modifying the Email Activity Formatter". You can find this in "Formatters" in left navigation.
Other way is "Create a BR on insert in sys_email" table with type as received and whatever specific subject line you have. And log an activity.
If you need this somewhere then you can do reporting as well on "Carbon Copy" field in emails table.
