Email Notification

Hi All,

 

Issue : User is not receiving notification even all system notification and preferences are enabled and getting below message while checking in emails table:

Message :  "excluded recipients because user's notification preference "Filter" filtered it (see "cmn_notif_message.notification_filter"): 'user name ' (user sys_id)".

*here i have replaced my user details with user name & sys_id.

 

 

Please suggest, how it can be resolve?

Hi,

The message indicates that the notification is being filtered out due to the user’s notification preferences (notification filter).

In addition to checking the notification settings, could you please confirm whether Email Accounts (POP3/SMTP) are properly configured in the instance?

Sometimes, if the email configuration is not set up correctly, notifications may not be processed or delivered as expected.

You can verify this under:
System Mailboxes → Administration → Email Accounts

Please let me know once checked.

seems notification filter blocked that for that user
