Ownership Group in Retired KB Article is not moving to editable.

Ownership Group in Retired KB Article is not moving to editable. When i click on Republish button, Ownership Group needs to be mandatory and editable to users before it moves to republish. There are no references with Ownership group in UI Policies, Data Policies, Client scripts, Script Includes, Brs and in ACLs.

Created new ACL to move to editable, still it is failing. Any clue?

Hi @NageswararaC ,

It's a OOTB Behaviour !! If you look at the below ACL, it locks down the entire record when the Article is in Retired state and all fields are non-Editable. And nobody can access it.
