The view settings may have reverted to OOTB during the upgrade.
Please add it to the related list again.

Hi @NihalK ,

For Variable choice list, open the parameter from Parameter Definition related list:

Click on the header of the form > Configure > Related Lists.
Click on the Variable Choice List and click on ">" button.

Click on Save.
Now you can add the Variable choice list.
