Unable to view complete choice inside variable in Portal view

For Example In my incident form there is a variable  "How Are You Affected"  It does not show the complete choice written there.

Possible reason might be 

  • Check variable type = Choice 

  • Verify choices exist 

  • Check UI Policies / Client Scripts 

  • Test in Native UI (Service Catalog → Try It) — does it show there?

    • If yes → issue is with Service Portal rendering.(Widget Caching Issue

      • Service Portal widgets sometimes don’t refresh new changes.

      •  Fix: Clear cache → Cache.do in the URL, then reload portal.

      )

    • If no → issue is with variable configuration.
