Personal Developer Instance dev392687 Offline – 502 Bad Gateway

Hello ServiceNow Community,

My Personal Developer Instance (dev392687) was working fine yesterday. Today it suddenly shows Offline.

Details:

- Instance ID: dev392687
- Release: Australia
- Status: Offline
- Error: 502 Bad Gateway
- I tried refreshing and restarting the instance.
- View History shows no operations recorded.

I am using this instance for ServiceNow Admin and Developer learning. I have important scripts, tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts and configurations saved in it.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue and whether my existing instance can be restored without losing my work?

I do not want to release or reset my instance.

There's not much to do but to wait, it shall be restored after an undefined period of time.

 

If you don't have anything to lose in your PDI, you can release it and request a new one (risk: being on waitlist to get a new PDI, no guarantee it would be quick) or you can enrol to SN University course that provides you a study lab which can be used as a PDI (risk: available for a few days only).

 

You can use the study lab until your regular PDI is available again.
