Hi all,
I want to build a Playbook for the Operator so we could guide the Operator through different questions and other things to work on the case.
One step should be the ability to select a related CI which is in relation of the selected Business Service.
I have now one step based on a Record List which list all the CIs related to the Business Service but I'm not able to give the user the opportunity to select one of this related CIs.
How could this be done?
The selection of the CI is needed for the further steps in the Playbook.
