ServiceNow Playbooks - how could I select an CI for the steps running afterwards

Hi,

I want to create playbooks for Cases and Incidents.

The goal is, that based on a Service CI definied in the Incident, the Operator gets the possibility to select the affected CI.

How could I do this during a playbook?
