At what point in the project management lifecycle do you ask yourself again if the project still aligned to portfolio strategy?

Is there a way to keep an eye on this alignment? other than remembering or over communicating about it?

What happens if the portfolio strategy alignment changes?

During the steering committee meeting company challenges were clearly communicated how does ServiceNow help to gather the best team to put together a strategy?

Does ServiceNow help with the production of a business case and project charter?

I would like to rephrase my question about the SPM :

My question applies only to the Initiation, Planning and Design phases of the project life cycle, this is before Solution Design.

Example situation: During the steering committee meeting, company challenges were clearly communicated to me. Now how does ServiceNow (help me) to organize and gather the best team to put together a strategy to address those challenges?

Does ServiceNow help with the production of a business case and project charter?
