Remove priority '5-Planning' from the Problem form.

I have disabled priority '5-Planning' from priority data lookup record. It's working at the time of problem form loading & showing default 'Low'. However, when state changes from 'new' it's again back to '5-Planning'. What can I do to completly remove this priority '5-Planning' from the Problem form.

Did you remove from "Priority Lookup Rules" ?

Hi @RupaliR 

The property has been defined at the priority lookup level, so you need to remove it from there.
However, this will also impact Incidents, as both are using the common lookup.
