Priority of HR Cases to be visible on portal

Hello All,
We have requirement to add priority of hr cases to be visible on portal.
I checked for standard ticket configuration but <info field> option is not there for HR Cases and even if we remove that advanced tick and select fields from <info fields> option then will there be any issue for <info widget> option ?

Hi @ShwetaMayek ,
You can link
sn_hr_core_config_case to the relevant HR Service and adjust the Priority field in the Detail Row section. Once this is configured, the Priority field will be visible on the portal without the need for a custom widget.
