Request lab instance disabled

I noticed that while studying on serviceNow university, Request for lab instance button is greyed out so i am unable to request for instance. please how can i request for lab instance.

Did you consume all your attempts? If yes, then it will be greyed out. Otherwise, log a case with Now Learning

You may have already reached the limit for active lab instances permitted for your training.
