I noticed that while studying on serviceNow university, Request for lab instance button is greyed out so i am unable to request for instance. please how can i request for lab instance.

Hello, my ServiceNow learning lab instance is terminated and the “Request Lab Instance” button is disabled. I have 0 instances remaining and cannot complete the Knowledge Base Submission task. Please help reset or re-enable my lab instance.

ahoy @anshul24bce,
you have already asked some 2 months ago and the lab instance for a course have limited availability (just a few days actually). So most likely it's expired.
There doesn't seem to be other option than to unenroll the course in order to re-enroll again and start over...
