Requests missing Category and Sub-Category data in sc_task table

Requests missing Category and Sub-Category data in sc_task table.

 

Need to be fixed urgently. Quick help would be appreciated. Some requests are blank and some request reflecting Category and Sub-Category.

You are  checking in the sc_task table, which is extended from the task table, and it is expected behavior. The reason might be that the record you’re checking doesn’t have any values or hasn’t been added at the form level, so these fields appear blank.

To test this, group by "Task" and see the incident record; you should be able to see the values. So, there’s nothing to worry about
