Requests missing Category and Sub-Category data in sc_task table

Requests missing Category and Sub-Category data in sc_task table.

 

Need to be fixed urgently. Quick help would be appreciated. Some requests are blank and some request reflecting Category and Sub-Category.

Why do you need to fix it for all records? If these fields are not used in the SCTask, then what value will you put? As I said, if the table is extended from the task table and is using these fields, you will see the  value, no. Like incident is the best example for this.
