We are encountering the following error while making a REST API call:

We have already configured the service account with the following roles:
- snc_internal
- rest_api_explorer
Additionally, on the User record:
- Identity Type is set to Machine
- Integration User is set to True
Despite these configurations, the API call is still returning the authentication error.
Could anyone advise:
- Whether additional roles are required for integration users?
- Whether the Identity Type or Integration User settings could be affecting authentication?
- What logs or troubleshooting steps should be checked to determine why the authentication information is not being recognized?
