I created a questionnaire in Assessment Workspace and enabled scoring for all questions. However, after enabling scoring I’m not able to derive a Risk Classification (e.g., Low/Medium/High) from the results.
For now, I’m focusing on Low vs. High only: each question’s response options are scored 0 (Low) or 10 (High).
Can someone advise the best way to 1) surface the total/overall score on the AI Use Case details page in AI Control Tower, and 2) map that score to a new field on Details page
