Role-Based Access & Visibility Controls
Description: Implement dynamic role-based behavior and visibility of form elements.
Acceptance Criteria:
Only users with the admin role can edit the Priority field; others see it as read-only.
The custom “Work-In-Progress” button on incident:
Is not visible on new record creation.
Becomes visible only after the record is saved.

How to achieve this requirement in ServiceNow one can suggest with ACL or if there is any other solution plz let me know
