Hi
I would like to know if it is possible to display certain columns from sc_task in Service portal. So my assignment is a certain group of people will receive a task.
Is it possible to have like a notification on service portal when the user has a new task? and can the user see the sc_task table on service portal? If so how may I go about implementing this?

You can add new entry in Standard ticket configuration for sc_task table.
