Selecting specific attachment from HR Case that has multiple attachments

Hi All,
I have a requirement, when a HR Case is raised with multiple attachments the opened for person or the end user has to see only the attachment which is named as "abc" other attachments should not be visible for them. How to configure this? Kindly help.

who is raising the HR case? end user right? If end user is raising and add 4 files then why he/she wants to see only specific file
where it has to be hidden in portal or native?

Hi Ankur,
If I am creating a HR Case and adding attachments in it, for the opened for user it has to show only the attachment which is named as abc and restrict other attachments. In below image it shows both the attachments but it should show only abc.txt
